STEVE WHO? NEVER HEARD OF HIM
Hello there you big sexy world, my name is Steve Becker and I’m just an average joe, a would-be hack illustrator by trade with a fancy shmancy piece of paper from a little art school Lancaster Pennsylvania called PCA&D to make it legit. In the past I’ve worked with White Wolf for the 6th edition of Gamma World, inked Tim Truman’s pencils on the Grimjack: Killer Instinct miniseries for IDW, and worked a freelance gig with Rockstar Games NYC on the Grand Theft Auto IV add on “The Ballad of Gay Tony”. Most recently I done multiple character designs for Freeverse and Villain games, was a story contributor for The Magic Bullet #2 out of Washington DC, did The Gutters #66 for Blind Ferret and inked the finish for Ben and Tim Truman’s Hawken #6 on IDW. And My most ambitious project which I spend my time when not engaged in anything else is of course FUBAR. I’ve contributed a whole mess of stories and the back cover art as well as designed the zombie shooting target line and the full run of merchandise for the alternative history zombie comic anthology FUBAR. You can catch me at any of our multiple convention appearances, we have the giant camouflaged bunker with the heavy machine gun emplacement, stop on down and say hey. I am also lead background designer on the Atomic Robo: Last Stop animated short film currently in production with The Fictory. I am always excited to find new jobs so that I can add to the list of people that I currently namedrop when I mention clients and projects I’ve worked with so don’t be shy, drop me a line.
